Key tasks and responsibilities:

Develop community engagement for SaboMall across various platforms including Facebook, Zalo, and Telegram, tailored to different tiers and segments.

Collaborate with external social groups to enhance SaboMall‘s visibility and reach their audiences.

Formulate and execute targeted strategies to attract new members to SaboMall‘s specific community groups, ensuring alignment with the company‘s developmental goals.

Understand seller’s insight and seller’s community operation.

Organize seller activities/competition to motivate seller participation: T&C designing schemes, communicating, awarding, reporting

Proactively finding out seller insight, effective seller approaching channels to increase the efficiency of ongoing projects.

Manage daily operations of our social media platforms, ensuring active and positive community interaction.

Track, monitor, and report on organized activities to gauge progress against specified KPIs

Create and schedule regular, compelling content tailored to the interests and needs of the community, such as posts, discussions, webinars, and live Q&A sessions.

Monitor community feedback and provide timely responses to inquiries and comments

Identify and nurture relationships with key community influencers and advocates to promote our products and business
Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 - 5+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role, experience in wholesale community is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging content.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in organizing and hosting events is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
