• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role involves tackling complex data challenges, developing predictive models, and extracting valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.

You will lead projects from conception to deployment, mentor junior data scientists, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve our data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities: 
- Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to solve complex problems,
Lead the data-driven decision-making process, from data collection and analysis to implementation and monitoring of solutions.
- Manage data science projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time
Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and objectives, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, continuously improving our methodologies and technologies

Job requirments

• Experience: At least 3 years of full-time work experience as AI research and engineer .
• Education: A postgraduate degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of deep learning techniques and models, particularly in natural language processing (NLP), including embeddings and large language models (LLMs).
  • Extensive experience in building and deploying NLP solutions such as chatbots and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) question-answering systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Experience with natural language processing and image processing techniques.
  • Familiarity with big data stacks like Hadoop or Apache Spark.
• Database and Systems Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of enterprise search technologies and recommendation systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
