Job Description:

- Design and develop the dashboards for Operations, Finance, and Business departments. Evaluate and define business metrics to improve the business/project team.
- Consult business stakeholders (e.g. Business Development, Operation Excellence, etc) to run analyses that lead to actionable insights to grow the business
- Collaborate with the DE team to optimize Data Warehouse, Data enrichment tasks.
- Optimize current operation dashboards system

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, and other related courses
- Strong data thinking & Analytics thinking
- At least 6 months of industry experience in the Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business - both on a macro-level and a micro-level
- Being able to understand and represent business and user needs, distilling insights to set strong road map that meet short and long-term needs
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment;
- SQL is required
- Experience with BI tools, and programming languages (Python, R, Java)
