Report to: Ecommerce Manager
Key tasks and responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and work with other teams across all functional teams to plan and execute campaigns as well as manage campaign assets (including category, marketing, design, traffic, etc.)
- Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns.
- Facilitate campaigns by ensuring all campaigns & their assets are presented to the highest standards.
- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including against order and GMV targets) and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activatios that enhance campaign performance.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to manage, execute and oversee campaign & onsite traffic performane.
- Deliver ad-hoc requests related to campaign performance to serve the business’s needs.
Requirements:

1-2 years of work experience preferred, ideally in eCommerce

Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders concurrently

Analytical thinking skills and proven ability in data-driven decision-making

Project management experience is a plus

Keen on eyes for details and creative designs

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and agile with constant changes

Go getter attitude

Experience in business and data analytics tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
